Renly's Training + Glancing Blows

So Renly's Training give 40% Block Chance (further - BC)

Glancing Blows (further - GB) double it

So we have 80% BC (75% cap).

Is it correct?

P.S.
PoB didn't take into account GB doubling as it seemed to me. So I decide to clarify it.

Mb someone can help with this?

PoB bug, it works as expected Renly's Training + Glancing Blows gives me capped 75%

now send me 75k for respec!

I already test it by myself, but still thx for attention.
