I messaged several times myself and customer support asked me for the names of my characters one out of the 5 times and then ghosted me. I would just say do what I’m doing and file with credit card company stating you haven’t received the goods you purchased. If they don’t want to solve it in a timely manner then why even bother giving them your hard earned money.
