PS5 Life Flask Issue

I’ve double checked my passive and skill gems. My stormweaver life flask is bugged. It will not refill anything; life, nor shield.
Unfortunately, it’s difficult to keep playing without a Life Flask. Last bumped on Jan 24, 2025, 11:04:56 PM
