Multiplayer with 2 controllers on ps5 bug

I'm playing with my wife with ps5, I can't select the group leader and start atlas. Control goes from controller 1, and the leader is always on another character. Flip leader also can not, respectively open the portal atlas impossible (open the portal can only the leader of the group)
Group leader is always the same character!
