Levistone(unique) topaz ring bugged.

The adds 1 level to all of lightning skills is bugged I think. On the ui of the skills it shows the gem getting the + 1 level to skill but other than that it does nothing, no damage scaling no mana cost scaling nothing.I tried it with spark and lightning arrow. The other effects of the ring works but the whole point of this unique is the + 1 to lightning skills. Don't waste your exalts on this ring like me.

An update on the ring. It seems while you wear the ring, if you reload either at a checkpoint or through the character screen, the skill UI on the damage and mana cost gets updated, but also if you remove the ring when you reload, the updated UI damage and mana cost remain the same. I don't know if this is only a UI problem, and the damage scales up regardless of if you reload to update the UI or not; it's a bit confusing. Time like this makes me wish GGG put damage numbers on the screen to see if the items work or not.
