Zarokh The Temporal - Moment's Peace Bug

I had a weird issue just a moment ago when fighting Zarokh: I purchased Moment's Peace from Balbala just before the fight and during Zerokh's spinning lightning attack I suddenly started to take damage which almost got me killed since I was not avoiding it. I had Chains of Binding and Hungry Fangs inflictions active during the fight. Is this expected behavior or (known?) bug?

Before this, I have had no issues with Moment's Peace boon during Zarkoh fights.
