Sometimes my character just stops attacking

Just died because of this, again.
Nice EXP loss because of a bug, totaly worth it.

I have experienced this one with my archer many times. I check my mana every time and it's never been the issue. I've also experienced a similar but probably unrelated bug where my character will not warp to my lightning orbs, that's got me killed several times because I'm just standing there instead of warping leading to stunlock and death.

I've been feeling like I experience this issue as well where the targeting is janky but my character still spams lightning warp with balls around and it won't warp to it. I was assuming the enemies would stun me or something but it's impossible to tell when you have 1-2 seconds to react at times. It just happens enough to where I can't control when my character sits there like an idiot warping to nothing when the mob swarms me despite having tons of lightning orbs around to warp to. I just gave up on leveling post 90s with this character because of it.
