Controlled Metamorphosis bug

I tried to divine orb my controlled metamorphosis while socketed in the passive tree, when it changed the radius I was able to unsocket the jewel without lossing the allocated points.

This is a massive advantage because you can socket a brand new jewel and also avoid the -% res penalty

I don't know if this is a known issue or not.
