3 citadels, all incomplete bug

Just came back from a 2 day break from poe, found some citadels so I rush to it and all of them was incomplete-able. I kill the boss get the frags and kill all the rare monsters and still no complete map.

I have about 7 or 8 of them on my atlas....

when are they going to fix this? are they even looking at this issue?
