Gold and respec/refund passives

Either please make it a low static cost of bring over orbs of regret. Having to dump hundreds of thousands of gold into trying out different builds is dumb.. Even dumber? Having to literally use TFT to trade for quad tabs of items to sell to get the gold to do it.. Make a currency that can be used in the exchange or give us regrets.
