Make autolock toggleable

So sick of not having control of my character because monsters are always dancing around.

I don't need aim assist I need my skills to go where I want them to.

I feel this way too often as ranger against Ignagduk the Bog Witch. I can barely control it but not every time since it is a fight against the auto-aim algorithm, my mouse placement and the fast movement of the boss around the arena.

I frankly didn't notice this during my play through on a Mercenary all the way to endgame. But once I started on a Monk it really started to bug me and now it also annoys me with my Mercenary. It is quite strange to force this to be on and I hope they let you toggle it off in the future.

Legitimately had a moment today where my character aimed almost 90 degrees away from where I was aiming because the thing it locked onto teleported around me.

Controller also have this problem it auto-locks to the target, not to where you aim w/ joystick unless it is out of range of the auto-lock condition, and others if you play ranger.
