Loot removed from inventory after disconnect

I finished a Maven Invitation: The Formed and picked up the loot. When I tried to take the portal back to hideout, I got a "Going to hideout" message but could move around normally and the hideout loaded. Eventually I got disconnect error.

After several failed attempts to relogin, I managed to relog, but all the loot in my invetory was gone and the Invitation was also gone.
