Disconnected right after killed a boss without looting，and I can`t logging in anymore:(

I have the same problem. Got an Abnormal Disconnection message as I was finishing last boss in Sekehmas and now I cannot contact servers. Any ideas on how to fix? I’m on Xbox

Similar issues on PC. Tried to port to Act 10 hub and can't log in since. My characters report to be on "<error> league"
