poe icons and images (poecdn)

Hello everyone.

Hope this is the right Catagory to ask this in.

Anyone knows if poecdn.com is a official part of GGGs hosting of files?

Images in the Trade system are hosted there, but i also see that images on Poe.Ninja are useing those files.

Is there a official way to access the structure?
Or find information if you wanna use these to create content for PoE1/2?
