Damage numbers for the tool thing is not even close to what my real damage is

I can the same skills and and a very close passive tree and my ice strike damage would be around 23 k and theres me be around 100 k ore more.and i have a better staff and other gear compared to them. Like my storm wave says i do 15k but i be doing more damage then other players
