witch hunter bugs and problems

I am a player with over 500 hours in Witch hunter and have completed all endgame content except for Delirium. However, some of the game's bugs are so severe that they significantly affect normal gameplay:

1. Sorcery Ward cannot have its quality improved. When replacing the Obsessive Rituals core talent, any linked support gems disappear after being slotted.
2. After reaching a critical attack speed threshold (<0.03 attacks/s), Shockburst Rounds cannot attack while stationary, and the character experiences input lag while moving, forcing me to stand still to attack.
3. Equipping the Head Hunter Heavy Belt causes monsters to lose their target. Burrowed monsters fail to reappear, and Rift monsters persist after the Rift ends, making the map impossible to complete (not sure if this is a class-specific issue).

Additionally, despite investing 1000 divine into my build, I am still unable to clear the Delirium Boss. Beyond raw stats, there are several core issues with the current mechanics:

1. Armor is too weak. With 20,000 armor, a 5000-damage hit only reduces the damage by 1600. Even when maximizing armor and health, it’s impossible to withstand physical damage from any bosses.
2. Sorcery Ward cannot be replenished during sustained combat, and it doesn’t display above the health bar, making it impossible to monitor and often resulting in sudden deaths.
3. Decimating Strike has too much random variance, and even with Culling Strike, the damage increase against bosses is often less than 15%, leaving damage output insufficient.
4. Witchbane is conceptually at odds with endgame content. In scenarios where all bosses can already be killed instantly, this skill becomes completely useless.

### Suggestions for Improvement:
1. Revise the armor calculation formula to make physical damage reduction more gradual, avoiding extremes where players are either one-shot or take no damage.
2. Fix the Sorcery Ward bug, increase its effectiveness, and display the absorption value above the health bar or introduce a minimum interruption threshold.
3. Standardize Decimating Strike values to ensure consistent performance.
