Mana Issues are INSANE

Level 80 and enjoying the endgame but overall I have 2 big issues.

Mana - One curse takes my whole mana pool, any other ability takes half and I feel punished for running supports or leveling up skills. The best mana flask I've found only restores 363 mana out of 1500. I'm constantly out of mana and having to spam the flask, which brings me to my other issue.

Chaos Inoculation - I'm running chaos inoculation and don't see why I am forced to have a life flask, which is completely useless. Would love to have another mana flask to help with my first issue.
