Last Rare Monster Impossible to Kill

In tier 15 vaal factory map I was going to kill the last rare monster but realized it's actually an impossible to kill corpse that can still cast abilities and do damage. Unfortunately cannot complete the map because of it. I have video if helpful.

This happened again in the Sun Temple. Almost looks like the enemy is embedded in the floor and is impossible to damage resulting in inability to finish map
