None of my characters on POE 2 appear on my account on website.

Ive been playing POE 2 Early access Everyday since launch I paid my 30$ I got my keycode Etc. Ive made 3 Characters 2 of which are approaching level 90 and when I log online Via a computer to look at things in the " my account" none of my POE 2 Characters are listed as characters. and if I try to open the Path of exile 2 early access tab. It says my account doesn't have access to POE 2 and to buy an access pass...
