Lvl 76 Ascendancy Tokens - No Points given

The lvl 76 Ascendancy Tokens state that points will be rewarded, but I completed the trial of Chaos and got no points. I only need the 4th set of points. Is there a certain level needed or should lvl 76 work?

You need 3 different fragments that can drop every time you beat the 10 floors trial, then use those fragments to open the boss door to get your 4th points. You need to beat the 10 floor trials at least 3 times to get all your fragments.
