Ritual & Terrain Block Possible Solution

I am not sure if everyone will agree but my personal experience with ritual has been pretty terrible partly because the bone spells on witch seem to get constantly terrain blocked, but it's clear ritual is a very important part of the end game reward system so being limited this way feels bad. I am wondering if it would be possible for rituals to phase all but the totem when activated I think this could make them feel much, much better.
