Crossbow QoL - Toggleable option to show current loaded bolts above or below character's HP

Title. This gives the player more info while not taking their eyes off the main action everytime they shoot because of "Chance to not consume a bolt".

Just something minor that annoyed me everytime a bolt is shot and wondering if the passive activated. That said, it is still really minor and doesn't affect the overall experience. Small suggestion :)
