Problem with displaying characters

Good day, I played PoE on PS4, after which I decided to switch to the PC version, downloaded it via Steam, logged in and linked the account when logging in via the PS4 version, but for some reason the character is not displayed, it is on the PlayStation, but not on the PC, what should I do?
