Please help me lift the world channel ban

Hi, this is a Chinese player my character "职业大于努力" got banned for over 4 days for no reason, I was just trying to sell my waystones on world channel, to clarify, I have to tell you the difference between Chinese speaking community and English speaking community, in Chinese speaking community, the trade channel is almost dead, players always sell items in world channel 1-5 (maybe 1-10), I know you set trade channel for trading but it doesn't work for us, I can hardly sell my items out in trade channel (because almost all the ppl turn this channel off in Chinese community), and ppl always report me just because I'm selling in a lower price, that doesn't make any sense, I cannot accept this result of being banned for 4 days in this way, because everybody is selling stuff in world channel, you can check it by your staff. So please lift my chat ban, this is super negative experience when I can't talk on the world channel while farming.
