[need help]: widowhail spark stormweaver

I was hoping some of you could help me improve my tree.

My initial build kinda failed and when I found a widowhail with a decent roll I swapped over to playing this mind numbing spark build.
I am running T16 (+breaches & rituals) confidently, cleared my first citadel (doriyani), deliriums are kind of disappointing (3-5 emotions/map) because I am too slow/stupid. I haven’t fought any pinnacle boss yet.

Here is some data of my current situation:
-lvl 94
-spark tool tip says ~ 47k dmg
-no ES but ~4.8k mana
-cast on shock with lightning conduit
-anointed Lightning Rod to my amulet (hence l use controlled destruction on my spark)

My current tree is a bit all over the place so I thought I’d improve it to this:

Since I gambled a lot of gold and this is my first ever game of this genre I thought I’d come here first for some advice. I also wondered if this might be somewhat too little chance to shock in the tree because I don’t run any shock support on spark, only on orb of storms.
