Mystery boxes

i bought some mystery boxes but i can't open them in poe 2 is there a problem? or will i have to download poe1 to open them? also will i get the rewards in poe2 if i do this? if not is there a way to get a refund?

I'm afraid that not all microtransactions are yet available in Path of Exile 2! However, if you open your Mystery Boxes in Path of Exile 1 and you receive any microtransactions that have been implemented already for Path of Exile 2 you would then be able to apply them in Path of Exile 2 as well. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! We aim to have all appropriate microtransactions be usable in Path of Exile 2 by the time of the full release.
