There's still no Update from Support on my Request
On January 19, 2025, I emailed GGG Support (support@grindinggear.com) requesting to switch the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack ($100) I mistakenly bought to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack (Upgrade), which also costs $100 due to my prior pack point purchases (per the Early Access section in the Supporter Pack Notes).
In my email, I also clarified that I haven’t used any of the cosmetics, Early Access Key and the 1,000 points from the Faridun Supporter Pack. On January 20, a customer support responded, asking for my account details and the Xsolla transaction ID for the purchase I made, which I provided. It's been 2 days now with no further updates despite my daily follow-up emails. I sent another email 7 hours ago stating that I’ll issue a refund if no update is provided within 16 hours (from the time of sending), so I can purchase the correct pack myself. I understand the team may be handling many tickets, but I hope this post helps me get in contact with your customer support team. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2025, 3:07:40 AM

This response gave me a glimpse of hope on my request. I will let the customer support handle my original request and won't be issuing a refund anymore.
