I feel cheated.

I spent money to buy your product, and now there is a problem with your email system, which causes me to be unable to receive the verification code to log in to the game, and now I have been writing to contact you for a week, and there is no reply, you guys are like fraud. You won't do anything but delete my post. I'm trying to contact your regulators, and I'm going to get an explanation for myself.

The only thing you'll get from the forums is a copy pasted response to contact the support which takes weeks to get back to you. You've given them your money already, right? Tough luck I guess, have a seat with the rest of us who got screwed over without a reason.
