Can someone please see what is going on with my support request

I submitted a ticket back on the 9/12/2024 and still waiting for a resolution. I've supplied all the details that were requested but the last contact was 24th of December. I realise christmas break and all and POE2 - but I still hadn't heard back for a while now and wanted to find out if someone can action it (or if my replies had not been getting through etc) Thanks in advance! Please be aware you won't be able to email me at the current email listed on my poe account (which is what the tickets about, getting the sign in email changed etc) Thanks in advance! Having exactly the same problem, with the dates being slightly different (11th Dec out in, 24th when I heard back).
At this point I've basically given up hope for ever getting my account issues resolved. They have far too many emails to deal with and likely won't ever get round to it. Just gonna go purely free to play and have fun with the game on my own terms. Kinda regret buying the early access now but I have had a fair amount of enjoyment out of it so far, so I not a total regret. Just wish I'd known about how the account difficulties going in and that no support with problems was going to be provided. |
