Leap Slam Not Working with 2 Handed Mace

All of a sudden when I cast leap slam with my 2 handed mace it switches to weapon set 2 (single hand mace and shield) when I am in mid air. Why is this? Leap Slam says it works with 2 handed or 1 handed weapons. This has significantly impacted my build and I don't know why this just started happening at level 45 of my Titan Warrior build?

Check whether you have Leap Slam disabled for weapon slot 1.

How do I check for that exactly?

Open the skill menu, and find Leap Slam.

To the right of the displayed DMG or DPS for the skill is an arrow; clicking that will display more in-depth information on the skill's stats.

At the bottom of that display, you can select which weapon sets the skill is enabled for. If there's no checkmark next to the "I" (for weapon set 1), then it is disabled for the first weapon set--and, if it's enabled for weapon set 2, using the skill will automatically swap to weapon set 2.

Thank you... I have it set for both weapon set 1 and 2 and its still not working. Actually I realized it is bone shatter that I have setup on mouse button 2 that converts to one handed when I use it. I also have this set to both weapon set 1 and 2.
