Bonus from quiver +2 proj , with 110% bonus only give 1 Level more???

Hey Guys maybe someone can help me.

I have 80% Bonus from Quiver on the Tree
And i have 2 Jewels with 15%Bonus from Quiver.
So 110% Bonus from quiver.

I have a level 21 Lightning Arrow
+ 2 level from bow.
+ 2 Level from quiver
+ 1 level from lightning skill gem
+ 2 on amulet

so Level 28

I bought 2 Jewels with 15% bonus from quiver to get over 100% but i only gained 1 level.. why??

My LA is now 29 and not 30.

if my quiver have +2 Proj skill level and i have 110% bonus should it not give me +2 Levels?!

If you remove quiver, how many levels is your LA skill losing?

Kind of odd given that with widowhail, a +1 quiver gave me +3.
Maybe there's a cap? But then, there wouldn't be items with +4 on their own (and that's just 1h).
Yeh, 100%+ should give you +2.

if he has a +2 quiver

with 80% increased

he's already getting +1

going from 80% increased to 110% increased

will give him another +1, for +2 total.

Yes, it should, but according to the OP, it doesn't. Granted, we have no way to verify this.

So am i getting this right you never changed quiver you had it equipped and then you added 2 15% quiver jewels?

If you had 80% first your +2 quiver would have been giving you +3 proj, adding 2 15% jewels bringing to you to 110% gives you +4 from the quiver. If you already had the quiver equipped gaining 30% from jewels is only going to give you 1 more level, the next breakpoint would be 150% quiver effect for +5
