My internet got booted and lost all fragements

I was attepmting arbiter of ash for the second time. My internet got booted, and Iv got disconnected from game, reloged tped to hideout, portals are closed, and all my fragments are gone... I was farming over a week to get there and it disapered in less then a sec. Is there anything I can do to get them back or to get this 6 attempts again? Maybe some ggg admin can do something with that. Thanks for response.
