Item taken from floor

I joined party with [Removed by Support] He was buying a bow off of me for 200ex. Well I have traded hundreds of items at this point and in town or hideout you press Y on controller to move items. I was outside Temple of Chaos and unbeknown to me, pressing Y here throws items from stash straight to the ground. I was confused where it went until I saw the guy say 'free?' He then offered to trade me the 200ex but then cancelled the request and logged out. He has since come back online but has me on ignore. I expect GGG to reimburse me with either the item or 200ex. Why would you make pressing Y every where else move items but in this one particular place, it throws to the ground. There is no information telling me this on screen. You are responsible for this happening. This either gets resolved or I quit playing, simple as.
