i lost my email i spend all day trying to find it i contact the support with an email god know why it is so slow to get just a confirmation email that you got the msg or somthing then i foun my password i change it yess coool ! i saisd to my self i go to change my email with the password i found i cant i have to w8 3600 sec it is still going on for about two hours cant change my email the game is greate 100% but omg the support it's like there is only one poor dude doing all the work but it's not enogh plz i just want to unlock my freaking account and enjoy the off days a got on it is it that difficult ???? xDDDDD

Hi there, I understand how frustrating this can be. Receiving the rate limit exceeded error message typically means either yourself, or a third-party tool or browser extension, is sending too many requests to the Path of Exile website. In this case I would suggest disabling any browser extensions or tools which may be the cause and see if you continue to receive this error.
I'm also very sorry for our slower-than-usual Support response times.
