Morior Invictus Bug

I have a Morior Invictus with (+10 spirit per soul core) and (+10%elemental resistances per souls core). When I slot a soul core ore a run in the sock, then I receive no passive “buff” of increased spirit or elemental resistances. Help, fix, make work, make it not suck.
