Stats suddenly changed

Did a map, stats changed afterwards, made some of the skills unusable. Did some changes to fit in gear again, noticed that some bonuses ( for example Intelligence/strength +) on gear didnt apply to the character stats when equipped. Pretty much unplayable now.
