Hello all, I was gifted an EA key for POE2 and now I wanted to get the basic pack for $30 and was wondering if the key that is included in it would be giftable as I want to keep the coins and everything and just gift the EA key to my friend.

If you purchase the Early Access Pack when you already have access, you'll be able to give away the new key from the purchase instead. I hope this clarifies things!
