Account blocked

I played with my account on PC without any problem until January 18th. A little while ago I tried to play but the system says that my account doesn't have access to the game.... and I have to redeem a key.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.

I played on 18 jan 2025, after that I didn't do anything else

Please note that if you purchased your access key from a third-party site you'll need to contact them for assistance, as we aren't able to assist with purchases you did not make for your Path of Exile account using your Path of Exile account.
I purchased my access key from a third-party site, yes.........but the game worked for many days.... now if the game doesnt run it's your fault !!!!
The game worked well on 10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18 january.

The fault can only be yours
If this game worked perfectly for 8 consecutive days, that is from January 10th to 18th..........what fault can "Instant Gaming" have if the game doesn't work today???
It is obvious that the problem is your responsibility.

We aren't able to assist with purchases you did not make using your Path of Exile account for your Path of Exile account. You would need to contact whomever you purchased the key from so they can investigate what may have happened to the access on the key they provided you.

I didn't refunded or charged back.
From 18 jan (last day i played) to today i didn't do anything.
I wrote to Instant Gaming support... I will wait
