My account was created on the 1st of December,
Is there any update on the support team?
I got 200 hours into poe, week 1, and had my account locked ever since.
You cant keep telling me to wait, can you help the one support member thats replied to everyones emails, literally it is the same guy responding to everyone. I know because we share screenshots, and theyre on public settings now like youtube and imgur. Whats going on?

I have sent over 30 emails, and i have waited about 4-5 days now without a response, i already recieved your advice to not send more mail, but now its been a buisness week of me not getting shit. Dont type anything else if youre stupid.
Please do not send multiple emails as this would only result in potentially delaying a response by causing more work for our team.

See, you didnt read my post at all, i said i had sent multiple emails, you people already warned me not to - so for the past week i have not, and i still have not received an email.

Thats what happens when you get baited into reading the last sentence someone posts, because you have not read the entirety of what ANYONE does.
