I can't change the email address linked to my account.

I recently bought PoE2 and activated it on this account, which is linked to an older email address. The problem is that I no longer have access to that email, as it was deactivated by Yahoo some time ago, and I’ve completely forgotten about it. As a result, I can't play the game since it requires a code to verify the device.

Is it possible to change the email address without having access to the old one?

I’m reaching out this way since I have not received any response to my previous emails to support.

Good evening, I've been waiting for a response from the appropriate team for a week now. I understand that some people may have more significant issues with the game, but this is something that should be resolved in just a few minutes at most, not a whole week.

I was initially enthusiastic about playing the game after long hours at the office, but now I find myself more inclined to ask for a refund instead.
