I want to retrieve my account.

I mistakenly changed the email address of my account samto#1218 from [Removed by Support] to a non-existent one, [Removed by Support]. As a result, I can neither log in to the account nor change the email address. I would like to retrieve my account. However, I have sent emails to the customer service at support@grindinggear.com but received no response. How can I solve this problem?
