BOUGHT THIS GAME TO SUPPORT YOUR TEAM AND MY EARLY ACCESS GOT DELETED ?!

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
Account was locked on Saturday the 4th of January 11:30-11:40pm.
My birthday is on the 5th of February, and i dont believe i will get to play POE 2 even though I'm purchasing a 5000 series, I've been working doubles, and i spent money on this product, and im not allowed to tell anyone about it, or they delete my posts, and if i chargeback they will ban my IP/Hardware.
they also delete youtube comments, so i cant communicate or inform ANYONE.
I was forced to make a YouTube video that currently has 130 something views.
