Ps5 trade

Everytime i try to use the trade website it says invalid query, you have to be ingame. Do you have any clue as to what it might be

Please ensure that you are logging in using the same credentials you use to play the game. For example, if you're playing through PlayStation, you should log in using your Sony credentials by clicking on the PlayStation button on the login page. I hope this helps!
