Didnt get the 300 points for the supporter pack

I send already an email to support and 5 days passed.
My friend bought 2 supporters pack on the steam page by mistake and decided to gift one to me. Still i didnt get the 300 points into my account. Last bumped on Jan 21, 2025, 11:07:56 AM

To clarify, redeeming an early access key does not grant any points. The points for the Early Access Pack would have been granted to the person who purchased the pack alongside the extra access key.

Sorry what does that mean? If a person buy 2x supporter packs he should get 300+300 points right? But my friend got only his 300. And when i claimed the key i didnt get anything other than the access to poe 2

As mentioned, redeeming the access key would only grant access to your account and not grant you any points.
If someone purchases two Early Access Packs, they would gain access for themselves, gain one extra PC early access key they can give away, and gain 600 points. If your friend is having any issues with this they'll need to contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into things with them! |
