No Response from Support

On January 8th, I opened a support ticket regarding the refund of an item I purchased from the store that is not available for use in POE2. Support replied, informing me that I needed to send an email to support@grindinggear.com. However, I have not received a response since then. Could you please provide me with an update? Thats the first screenshot an admin has not instantly deleted on the forums, congrats we've been trying to show off our 30 message support team correspondence, but thats negative i guess, were really just showing how much they care, its not an action we took - lmfao this forum team.

took 2 weeks for a response for me, but they kept asking for info previously provided, and waiting a week for each response. haven't heard from them since Jan 2nd. my first email to them was December 12th...
