How to make cast on crit viable?

Hi, looking for some insights into cast on crit.
I have tested it and even without any energy gain bonuses it looks like I have to crit-hit ~50 normal mobs to proc a Spark. The gem reserves 100 spirit. How is this gem viable? Is it that with huge investment somehow you can make it viable end game, or is it that currently it is just useless? Is there anyone who successfully use cast on crit in any build on lvl 58 when it unlocks? Thanks for advice. Last bumped on Jan 21, 2025, 8:58:41 AM
