Multiple omen in inventory, Omen of amelioration was not trigger

So i had an omen of refreshement and an omen of amelioration in my inventory (and also an omen of resurgence but this one never trigger anyway cause you just go full hp to 0), i died the omen of refreshment trigger (so i guess the resurgence should have to) but the one that i rly want to trigger aka the amelioration one did not. rip my sweet xp. So yeah omens are buggy. For now i will only have amelioration in my inventory and don't use any other (that had never save my life anyway) .

Please have a look into it and ppl i would recomand you use only the xp omen until this is adress.

Obviously all my omens were active in my inventory.

Can confirm that if Refreshment/Resurgence omen is active in the inventory, Omen of Amelioration doesn't trigger if the other omen triggers first.

What about reading guys, do u ever try to use this OP thing?

Omens descriptions says "Only one Omen can be triggered from combat in each instance."

And then u talk that "my resurgence was triggered but amelioration not".
I wonder why.
