Blue screen Crashing after splash screen

After last patch I started encountering constant blue screen crashes right after GGG logo. Sometimes I can log in to the game and crashes used to happen only during loading screens, but now it happens at any moment and quite quickly.

I tried following suggestions of uninstalling windows updates, changing affinity and priority in task manager, uninstalling new Nvidia app, switching to Vulcan and capping frame rate, but nothing worked. After my attempts to fix it, I also lost audio after the splash screen. Logo sounds work, but everything afterwards is gone.

I have old GPU, but everything else is new and pretty decent.
