I lost to breachstones due to disconnect as I enter them, i'm lost for words :( Please help

Hi support at GGG,

As my title mentions, I was going to attempt my first breachstone boss which took me several hours upon hours to farm the currency for. I was excited, but as i put the breachstone into the realgate, it opened up portals, i clicked on it, then it said : teleporting to "twisted domain". But it didnt load in the map, and just disconnected me.

When I logged back in, my breachstone disappeared and the portals were gone from my hideout, I checked if it was still in the realmgate, but nothing to be found. I then burnt 90 exalted orbs to buy yet another breachstone (this took me forever to farm for....). and this time it loaded me into the map, and i started the breach as expected, but halfway through the breach it disconnected me, and I lost yet another breachstone.

I'm so sad, I dont even know what to say, or if anyone will even end up seeing this post. I've lost motivation to farm for this again, and who knows, even if I do what if the same thing happens to me again.

This is the first time I have encountered a disconnecting issue on POE 2, and the rest of the game seems to be working fine and not disconnecting in maps, or campaign.

Please if anyone from GGG sees this, any assistance regarding this matter would be appreciated. I'm sure you have access to my trade history to verify my purchase of this breachstones. Thankyou
