The effect of the Break Focus passive is missing a description in the skill detail window

1. Have the Break Focus notable passive.
2. Equip a mark skill (e.g. Voltaic Mark)
3. Open your skills tab and open the detailed skill description window using the arrow on the side.

Expected: The effect of break focus "Enemies you mark have 15% reduced Accuracy" appears in the "Misc" tab, along its current value.

Actual: The passive description is missing. There is no way of knowing how much reduced accuracy marked enemies have.


This info is valuable as, currently I have no way of knowing if the accuracy reduction is scaleable or not.
